Returns Policy


We do not accept returns on vintage items (they are sold as seen), Unless I have misrepresented, or failed to highlight any major fault or damage to an item.

However we do accept returns on new hand-made goods. If there is a problem, and you are unhappy with your item(s), please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, and we can arrange for you to send the item(s) back to me.
 
Items should be returned unworn/unused/unsoiled and in original packaging, and where appropriate with original tags attached, via the same postal service that we sent to you (Recorded or Special delivery). They should be received by us within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

When we receive the returned item(s) we will refund you as soon as possible, minus the p&p charges (or
in the event of gross misrepresentation of an item, a full refund inc. p&p charges). If items are sent back in an unfit state and/or without contacting me first, a 25% - 75% re-stocking fee will be charged depending on the item's condition.

Unfortunately we are unable to hold responsibility for items lost or damaged in the post, so Recorded or Special delivery is recommended to provide you with an adequate level of insurance.
